A 1920s English seaside town bears witness to a dark and absurd scandal in this riotous mystery comedy. Based on a stranger than fiction true story, the film follows two neighbours: deeply conservative local Edith Swan (OLIVIA COLMAN) and rowdy Irish migrant Rose Gooding (JESSIE BUCKLEY).
Wicked Little Letters is the third feature film from director Thea Sharrock (her fourth feature, The Beautiful Game, is actually coming to Netflix on the same day as the U.S. theatrical release of Wicked Little Letters). Limited U.S Release on March 29th. Wide U.S Release on April 5th. Other releases will vary.
